For many people it is start of Christmas when for example when the Coca Cola Christmas Ad is being shown on the T.V.  For others, when the Christmas lights and decorations are being turned on their local town. Many people get into the festive Christmas spirit when decorations go up in their workplace or in their homes. This is small step in your budget for the year but will increase staff morale.
